Water Fitness classes – group or individual

Arthritis, MS, MD, CP, Fitness (all levels), bone building, weight loss, injury recovery, sports training while recovering.

Classes can be, but are not limited to: Ai Chi, aerobics, exercise, kick boxing, water walking, yoga, Pilate’s, interval, boot camp, water cuff work out, kick board work out, noodle class, double noodle, circuit.

Aquastretch – myofacial work with trigger points in warm water.

Watsu – deep tissue work with relaxation movements massage techniques

Swimming at all levels – Beginner to competitive.
