Personal training:

Evaluation, goal oriented, designed to meet the needs of individual. includes but not limited to weight lifting, variety of cardio work outs and more.

Fitness classes:

Land based : aerobics, bench aerobics, kick boxing,yoga, Pilate’s, interval, circuit, weight aerobics, boot camp and more.

Water based: those above, but not limited to; kick board work out, double noodle, water cuff and more.

Classes taught in your venue or available space agreed to.
